Brand Overview
NEMO Equipment was founded in 2002 by Cam Brensinger after a sleepless night on Mount Washington inspired him to design better tents. Rooted in New England and named after Jules Verne’s Captain Nemo, the brand began at the Rhode Island School of Design and quickly gained recognition for its innovative, airbeam-supported designs. Guided by the motto “Design Like You Give a Damn,” NEMO creates thoughtfully engineered tents, sleeping bags, and outdoor gear that inspire adventure and connection.
Project Overview
For this project, NEMO partnered with Zaelab to enhance their eCommerce experience, focusing on the product detail page (PDP). I collaborated closely with the NEMO team and their designers to wireframe, prototype, and design the new page, then worked with our developers to review and refine the build—ensuring a seamless transition from Figma to a fully functional web experience.
